How to issue a full or partial refund to your customer in Stripe

There are a few situations in which you may want to adjust the price for a certain customer (e.g. they didn't enter the coupon to get a discount or you want to extend some extra love).

Once a transaction happens on Marvelous, you cannot adjust the pricing or give a refund. However, you can adjust it from within your Stripe account.


​How to change the price for a fixed price product:

  1. Open your Stripe account.

  2. In the search bar at the top, enter the client's email.

  3. A list of all payments from that customer is shown.

  4. Choose the one you want to refund or partially refund.

  5. Click on the three dots on the very right hand site and select refund.

6. You can now enter the amount of refund you wish to give (partial or full).
