If you'd like to cancel your teacher or studio account:
1) Log in to your site.
2) Navigate to "Settings" > "Account information".
3) Click "Delete Account".
4) If you cancel your Namastream site, you must cancel any recurring subscriptions that you may have.
- PAYPAL USERS WITH RECURRING PAYMENTS
Paypal will not allow a third party app (like Namastream) to change or stop a recurring payment. You must log in to your PayPal account and stop each payment manually. Stopping your Namastream subscription WILL NOT STOP PAYMENTS IN PAYPAL.
- STRIPE USER WITH RECURRING PAYMENTS
You must go through each of the students and "Cancel Order" to stop the subscription from within Namastream OR you can go into your Stripe account and "Stop Subscription" for each of your clients.
